Hello hello I'm Zack! aka Zackbot. I workout, play video games, and foster the puppies. 

Huge nerd, originally from South Florida now living in South Carolina experiencing fall and winter for the first time with my beautiful wife and two amazing dogs (and occasionally a foster puppy).

Growing up, I was always “pretty active” but eventually grew to become the fat friend in the group. After my first year of college, I finally had enough and started hitting the gym and lifting weights. I fell in love with the process, the discipline, and the way the gains showed up. Well over a decade later, the love and passion has only gotten stronger.

Over the years I've been a personal trainer, I've managed supplement shops, worked shows, demos… you name it! Now my wife and I run our personal training business — Olympus Fit — where we coach clients both online and in person. 

In 2020 I started taking ARN supplements. Loving the products and loving the vibe. In 2021 I became an ambassador and in 2025 I was promoted to an athlete.  To find a company that cares about their people and gives you a chance to grow with them is still such a surreal experience. 

When I’m not coaching, I’m probably on Twitch. I stream my workouts and play all kinds of games with my community just doing what I love. As a Twitch Partner, I’m building a community that’s loves to nerd out and pick up heavy things!
