About Taylor
Hey there! Welcome in.
My path here isn’t the typical athlete story.
For the majority of my life, I lived in a body I didn’t understand and had a complicated relationship with food and fitness. In 2020, I hit a point where something had to change. I chose to rebuild; my habits, my mindset, my relationships, and my standards for how I showed up for myself. Not chasing perfection, but CHOOSING progress.
That year, I lost 130 pounds. More importantly I learned how to trust myself again. I began to understand how deeply behavior, mental health, and environment, shape the way we move eat and live. Those lessons led me into health coaching, where I spent several years supporting clients through change with empathy, honesty and a client-centered approach. That chapter shaped me in ways I will carry forever.
In the summer of 2024, I reevaluated my goals and vowed to intentionally focus less on what my body looks like and more on what it could DO. That commitment led to me powerlifting and really empowered me under the bar. Powerlifting gave me confidence that I didn’t have to borrow from anyone else. Strength became something eARNed, built rep by rep, and carried into every part of my life.
ARN isn’t just a logo or a brand. It’s my home, a community that’s stood by my side through many chapters. It’s a reminder that strength looks different on everyone, and every story has a place here. We represent growth, grit and showing up as you are.
We’re all evolving. We’re all building. Together.
