Hey Guys! My name is Kristal Smith! I’m a dedicated wife, mother of 3 amazing littles, med student and athlete! I’m originally from Cali but reside in Texas ! I started my fitness journey at 22, I hired a coach, did my first bodybuilding show and never left the industry since. I run marathons as well! I truly believe in being the all around hybrid athlete. Constantly getting out of your comfort zone.
