About Chris

Hey everyone, I’m Chris Farmer, a water/sewer engineer from Seneca, SC. I am always striving to balance family life while pursuing my passion for health and bodybuilding. My journey into bodybuilding began in 2012. I've been influenced by a lifetime of martial arts, football, cheerleading, and track & field. My mom, a true inspiration, worked three jobs while raising me single-handedly, showcasing an unstoppable force for her loved ones and I hope to be an inspiration like her. 

As a busy husband and father, I start my mornings in the gym before work, drawing inspiration from the golden era of bodybuilders and the philosophy of Julian Smith. I align with ARN's commitment to transparency and effective ingredients and couldn't think of a better company to support. I’m so grateful to be chosen to represent Arms Race Nutrition and to be part of the Arms Race family. 

Beyond the weights, I'm on a mission to instill a healthy lifestyle mindset in my daughter and those around me. When I'm not at the gym, I find balance through activities like hiking, film watching, and collecting Hot Toys figures. My office is a Marvel haven, blending pop culture with fitness and reflecting my vibe.
